Our guest is Luisa Eusse-Roché, Senior Coordinator of Children’s Care Management at ADAPT Community Network. Luisa will cover all aspects of the Children’s Waiver, a Care Management program that is similar and different from the OPWDD Waiver. Both the Children’s Waiver and the OPWDD Waiver are 1915c programs and provide care management to those who qualify, but the eligibility criteria for the Children’s Waiver is more broad and includes chronic health and mental health diagnoses. Luisa will be able to answer all your questions so you can make an informed decision about the benefits of these two programs and determine which is right for your child or the families you support.
