Presentation: Rachel Shuman, I/DDO Training and Outreach Manager from the Community Service Society of NY (CSS) will present on the newly established I/DD Ombuds Program. Their mission is to act as a resource for individuals and families and work with them as they navigate OPWDD services and supports.
