April 2nd Meeting Changed to April 9th:
The Monday April 2nd Council meeting is rescheduled to Monday April 9th. The meeting will be held at the Queens DDRO/BFDC in the upstairs conference rooms located in rooms 2014 A and B.
At the April 9th meeting we have a special presentation from Care Design, one of the recently approved downstate CCO/HHs (Care Coordination Organizations/Health Homes).
May 7th Meeting Presentations: Please note this meeting will be held until 12noon, (9:30am-12:00).
1. CAS Assessments – Diane Woodward, OPWDD
2. Tri County, another local CCO/HH will be giving a presentation.
