Get Smart! Get Connected!

Trained staff will answer your questions and guide you through enrollment in various benefits and services, including Medicaid, SSI, Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC), Transition, MTA, and travel training. Clinical Referrals can be made for evaluations required for eligibility. Also Front Door Q&A!

Resource Fair

Representatives from OPWDD Agencies, Private and non-Profit Vendors and other service providers can answer questions regarding access to their specific goods and services.

Interpretation Services

If you will require the services of an interpreter, please indicate your need on the registration form.  Remember to specify the language that you require. You will need to bring identification to secure your translation equipment or a $20 deposit, which we will return to you when you return the equipment.
